DIRECTIONS: From US-31W just north of the Lincoln Pkwy/WK Pkwy intersection, turn onto KY-210 (Hodgenville Rd) and travel a short distance to KY-567 (Valley Creek Rd). The property will be about 5.3 miles on the left.
REAL ESTATE: 169.2 acres of land located just 5 ½ miles outside of Elizabethtown. The property currently has approximately 40 acres that is planted in corn and soybeans, with the balance being in woods and a few acres of hay. The land varies from gently rolling to steeply sloped and is primarily situated along the top of a ridgeline with spring fed creeks along the boundaries. The entrance to the property is all the way at the east end of the road frontage via the gravel lane that goes past the barn and an old home site. The gravel road will turn to the left and take you directly to the center of the property, with corn on your left and soybeans on your right. The road will eventually run into the woods, at which point it becomes too rough for standard vehicles. Please take care to stay out of the cropped areas. TERMS: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price. On real estate, $10,000 will be due on the day of auction with the balance due within 30 days. Property taxes will be prorated to the date of deed. Possession will be given with the deed. Inspection of the property may be performed by prospective bidders prior to the auction.
