The property is conveniently at the corner of Happy Valley Rd (KY-90) and Prewitts Knob Rd (entrance to Crystal Onyx Cave) approximately 2 ½ miles from I-65 exit 53 and about 2 miles from the intersection of E. Broadway and US-31W in Cave City.

 

BIDDING NOTICE: This auction is ONLINE ONLY. If you need assistance with registration or bidding please contact us at 270-765-4308.  No call-in floor bids/max bids will be accepted. All bidding must be done through the online bidding platform.

 

TERMS:  A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price. Bidding will be online only from 8:00 AM EST beginning April 7th and soft closing at 5:00 PM EST on April 14th. In the event of a bid placed within 2 minutes of the auction close, the time will be extended 2 additional minutes. On real estate, 10% of the winning bid price amount will be due within 24 hours of auction conclusion as a deposit of good faith with the balance due within 30 days. Property taxes will be prorated to the date of deed. Landlord possession given with deed. Property sells as is with no guarantees by the seller or Hodges Auction Company.
