ABSOLUTE AUCTION
Saturday, April 9th, 10:00 AM
4.627 Acres – Open and Gently Rolling
New Glendale Rd, Elizabethtown
**NOTE: This property was originally going to be offered in 8 tracts as it was platted in 1974. Since that time the property has been annexed into the Elizabethtown city limits and thus the standards for development have changed substantially. Due to the current requirements for construction/development all 8 lots are being offered together to allow the purchaser to pursue the direction they would like to go with the entire property.
LOCATION: New Glendale Rd, just past the new East Hardin Elementary and directly in front of Kentucky State Police Post 4.
REAL ESTATE: 4.627 acres of open, gently rolling land most recently used for growing corn. The property is very conveniently located near the intersection of New Glendale Rd and the US-31W Bypass and about 1 mile from US-31W. There are 2 entrances with tentative approval on New Glendale Rd and city sewer is available from Cameron Ponder Drive at the northeast corner of the property. The existing entrance will not be able to be used for development as it is too close to Cameron Ponder Drive.
