UPTON – From the intersection of US-31W & KY-224 at Upton, near I-65 exit 76, travel south on US-31W about 1 ¾ miles to Quarry Rd and turn right. The property will be about ¼ mile on the left.

TERMS: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price. The property will be offered using the Multi-Par system. $10,000 per tract will be due on the day of auction with the balance due within 30 days. The good faith deposit will be deposited into the Hodges Auction escrow account and held until closing, at which time a check from the escrow account will be issued and credited to buyer. Property taxes will be prorated to the date of deed. Possession on the home and areas not currently planted in alfalfa will be given with the deed. Right to harvest current alfalfa crop is retained for 2022. Inspection of the property may be performed by prospective bidders prior to the auction.
