The property will be offered using the Multi-Par system. $10,000 per tract will be due on the day of auction with the balance due within 30 days. The good faith deposit will be deposited into the Hodges Auction escrow account and held until closing, at which time a check from the escrow account will be issued and credited to buyer. Property taxes will be prorated to the date of deed. Possession on the home and areas not currently planted in alfalfa will be given with the deed.
