TERMS: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final sale price. The property will be offered using the Multi-Par system. The four 2 +/- ac parcels and the two large parcels have separate survey plats. The two large parcels are labeled as 1 & 2 on their boundary survey so, for auction purposes and in order to avoid confusion with the 2 +/- lots they are labeled as Tracts 6 & 7 on the auction plat. On the cabin & 72 acres and the 111 acre tract, $10,000 per tract will be due on the day of auction with the balance due within 30 days. On Tracts 2-6, $5,000 per tract will be due on the day of auction with the balance due within 30 days. The good faith deposit will be deposited into the Hodges Auction escrow account and held until closing, at which time a check from the escrow account will be issued and credited to buyer.
